I got a phone call on 12 september 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captache within 10 days i will earn 17500/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done. After that i didn't receive any information regarding work. After 5 days i received a call from adtiya mane who said he was an advocate speaking on behalf of nexon enterprises saying me that i did not complete the work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...
On 8th january 2020 i received a call he was speaking from delhi arbitration
Court and asked me to pay 3200/- rupees to receive a noc. After not paying the money he messaged me saying he has dispatched a notice with my name and i have to show up at the court with my dad.
Please do something about it sir i'm preparing for my exams and this is very disturbing and depressing.
