[Resolved]  NIBU THOMAS — NON REFUND OF CANCELLED TICKET FARE

Hi SPICE JET PNR:- WETVGE I had cancelled my Spice Jet Ticket on[protected] for travel from DXB -COK -DXB and cancellation amount is not credited in my card account till date ( 30/03/2015). I had send 3 emails regarding this subject and i got reply from Spice Jet that with in 15 days the amount will be credited, but nothing materialised. Its very sad to see that a reputed airline like spice jet troubling the customer for getting the cancellation ticket amount in spite of my repeated requests.
