I placed an online order for a smart watch from www.nichedeals.in for COD & the order value is Rs.1699/-. I received the parcel on 16th Oct 2021from Ecom express & I paid through gpay. When I opened the parcel, the product was different than the ordered one. It was in a mobile box and was a basic LED watch which may cost less than Rs.100/- and without the charger.This is a fraud company duping people for money and sending crap.I request help me get my money back.Also when I called the Ecom express, they did not help me saying I need to speak to the company directly.Even when I informed them that the company had duped me, the customer service representative.Ms.Anjali conveniently told me she would not be able to help me.What a shame.
