NICT — Aeps transaction

This is raju sagar BOB CSP Code:17041705, Sir i have done AEPS on 22/11/2016, Deposit rs 5000/-to customer Gangamma by using her AAdhar Number through but this transaction amount is credited to different customer account his name Gangahai and he is withdraw this amount
I am contacting to Nict and AEPS office Still one month no response from there
So Please resolve this problem and Do needful ASAP
