[Resolved]  NIIT — not getting the certificate after completing the course

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm Surjya Kanta Ghosh, My student id is S[protected]. I have completed the GNIIT from NIIT Burdwan Center in 14th January 2019 but till now I did not get the certificate. I told the Burdwan center authorities I want to downgrade my course GNIIT to ANIIT. I have mail the NIIT Burdwan Center authorities in 18th October 2019 but till now I did not get any response from NIIT Burdwan Center authorities.
