Nike India — Cheating customers and no resolution

Hello,

I have ordered a Nike Shoe from Flipkart which has 6 months warranty and within 3 months the shoes skin got fading and outer layer is cracking so I contacted nike customer care for claiming the warranty, it's been more than 20 days since the mail was sent to nike but still now I didn't get any resolution and nike is not even responding to me properly they are just telling your claim is approved and Flipkart will contact you, they are just telling this for 20 days. I want a immediate resolution from nike .
