Nike India — Complaint about poor quality shoes

We had bought sports shoes from NIKE
product name-(protected)
HSN code-(protected)
on[protected], from the showroom based at
SHOP NO.6, KINGS BLDG, DR.AMBEDKAR RD, NEXT TO BHARAT PETROL PUMP, MUMBAI-400012

. These shoes have a 3 months warranty on it and the warranty period is not over but the shoes are not up to the mark the way sole and the cloth have come off. This is a “BLACK MARK” for such an expensive brand like NIKE.I would request you for repairing or servicing or replacing of the shoes as soon as possible.

We don’t expect such quality of shoes from a company like NIKE after paying so much. We would rather request people not to buy shoes from a company like NIKE where the quality of shoes is so poor that it does not even last for 3 MONTHS even after you spend so much.

I had complained this to the showroom which I bought it from, but they requested us to contact the customer care.
