On 20.02.2022 from Nike.com/in, I placed an order for one pair of Nike Air Max AP in size UK10 worth Rs. 8295 + Rs. 750 delivery charges. Total Rs. 9045/-(Nine Thousand Forty Five only). My delivery address is Bidhan Park, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I followed all instructions and paid for the item through net banking but I immediately received a "Transaction Failed" message on screen. However, I received sms on the phone stating that the amount Rs. 9045/- had been deducted from the bank account. I was using HDFC Bank services during the payment. When I went to Nike account order placed area, it is showing that no order is placed but the money deducted hasn't reflected back into my account. I even did not get any order number. I tried calling customer service but that too not responding. I want my deducted amount Rs. 9045/- back.
