I bought my shoes in january, 2018 with a nike manufacturer's warranty of 6 months from myntra mobile application but within 2-3 months the shoes started to get torn, bends and indents started to appear on the toe part, threads started to visibly come out from multiple places and crack signs started to appear on the sole part on both shoes. Regarding the same, i went to multiple nearby stores but all of them refused to honor the warranty provided by myntra. So, i contacted myntra and they refused to honor the warranty claiming that nike does not agree for the same. I bought nike for the sole reason of its product quality and endurance, but not only did the shoes were did not meet the quality standards of a nike a product, i cant even invoke the warranty. What good is this brand if cant consistently deliver quality products and on top of them, not honor warranty. What should i do now. I either need replacement of the product because i really loved the product when i bought it or if thats not possible, i need my full refund. Was this information helpful? |
