This mail is a Direct complaint on the article recently purchased from your Nike Store in Chatrapur(Under Metro Station), New Delhi, India.
I hav the pair of shoes which got Torned & developed Cracks on the front portion which are clearly visible and looks a BAD quality product.
I would like you to intervene & see how can you help me in regaining the confidence of the Nike Status of Quality with Sustainability .
