This is mention you that on 07.02.2022 at around 8:44 p.m, I made an online purchase at Nike.com for Rs. 22, 247.00 from Kolkata, India.
While payment, I selected the option for SBI online internet banking. After giving the necessary one time password, the payment of Rs. 22, 247.00 was debited from my account and it redirected to a page stating " Payment Error: We couldn't process your payment. Please try again with different payment method".
I had contacted Nike support staff and have also mailed them but yet to get any solution. Also I have raised a complain in SBI.
I am yet to receive any clear statement from both NIKE and SBI about the refund.
