I ordered Nike Revolution 5 EXT Men's Running shoes on Nov 2020 and it was an UPI transaction.
The product couldn't be delivered due to KYC.
Since then I've been chasing for the refund(today is 25th April 2021).
My bank has stated that NIKE HAS BEEN REJECTING THE CHARGE BACK, my bank is not even able to track the refund.
And the customer service is pathetic, they don't even understand what a chargeback is. I have tried speaking to a manger as well and she herself was not well versed about how the refund is processed and to make it even more difficult they don't even have financial department who can address these issues.
I am stuck here!
