Nike India — Receiving Poor Quality Garments from Nike India

I recently purchased a pair of shorts and tights from your official seller on Myntra, but upon receiving them, I noticed threads coming off. I returned the shorts immediately and exchanged the tights (Nike Fast Women Mid-Rise 7/8 Running Slim-Fit Ankle-Length Sports
Tights With Pockets, Size: XL) for a larger size. However, now, less than a month later, the threads are coming off from the new tights as well. This is highly disappointing and a clear quality issue at Nike's end. I have written to Nike and their top management twice on this matter already via email and also posted about the issue on Instagram and Twitter but there has been no response from Nike's end. A serious action needs to be taken against the company as they are selling poor quality goods to their Indian Customers. This is a case of discrimination and negligence on part of Nike.
