Nike India — the right and left shoe do not have identical fitting

I bought the nike casual shoe on paytm. The left shoe fits tight and causes a pain if i use it for even 1 hour. Initially i thought this would go off and the tightness is because the shoe is new. Bit i really find it difficult now.
Kindly resolve the issue as the return date in paytm is over and they are not helping me with the exchange. Product id:[protected]
