Nil — Refund of 4677 of Ele.bill paid

Pl refer to attached receipt of payment for our society Ele.bill of ₹4677 I paid on 25 th May through your app OPEC TECHO AGE OPC PRIVATE LTD. I submitted the receipt to MSEDCL next month as they added this amount in my next bill of June as the last bill payment was not received. produced them payment receipt but they denied any such payment was received. I was shocked and now I am asking your company to refund the amount received by your site to my gpay number [protected] or forward it to MSEDCL immediately under receipt to me so that further investigation will not begin.
I’m a retired Investigation officer of CIL.I hope a kind cooperation and expedited refund of my bill.. Thanks & regards..
