Nile Condominium Association — harassment by rwa on account of encroachment

Rwa is harassing by sending threatening message to deduct my account due to putting of wire rod on my balcony even though similar and bigger kind of encroachment is being done by the rwa member themselves. There are other encroachments for which rwa is not taking any action and neither they have any plans to take action. Since we have paid advance to maintain our electricity balance they are using this as a tool to forcefully remove the rods which are being used for drying clothes
