[Resolved]  Nilesh Patil — Wrong Charges and Huge bill of 11000

My name is Nilesh. I purchased a Samsung Note 3 in Oct and was offered a free plan "2GB 3G plan" for two months. i already had a 2G plan [protected]@1999 .When I called the customer care about this plan, they said this a free plan offered to new users of Samsung Note 3 and will get automatically deactivated after two months and your 2G plan will be activated. Till 10th Dec the plan was still active and I had to call the Customer care to deactivate this .They said you have to reactivate your 2G plan. My December Vodafone bill is now 11000 . Its showed usage of data from 2nd to 10th dec amounting INR 9500 ! This is ridiculous. First of all Vodafone forcefully give you a 3G plan . I want a waiver for this 9500 immediately else i am also posting the same complaint with TRAI . Regards, Nilesh [protected]
