Company has issued one cheque (no 008153 dated 27.11.2015 drawn on RBL Bank Ltd, Gandhinagar Branch Bangalore) to our vendor M/s Zenith Marketing Services for Rs. 13, 027/- .
However Vendor has came back to us saying he did not get the money. As per our bank (RBL bank) records the said cheque is realized on 23.12.2015 through South Indian Bank to Nagadevanahalli souharda Credit Co-Op.Ltd.
Vendor has given declaration saying he does not hold any account with these bank.
Therefore I would request you kindly look into it and enquire how account payee cheque has been cleared in another account.
