I have placed an order [order number tt5087-dj-04//#6285] to buy a study table online from ‘nilkamal’ official website “https://www.nilkamalfurniture.com/” on 7th june 2020 and at the time of placing the order, it was showing that i will receive my order latest by 24th june 2020. But till today i have not received it.
After several follow up, they arranged delivery on 22nd july, but they sent a defective / damaged product which i refused to accept and didn’t take the delivery. And same day i sent email to them again and informed about it with all photographs. Then they said, they will arrange the refund of my paid amount 5963/- inr. But after several follow-up till today they have not refunded a single penny. They even took all my account details as well stating that will arrange refund but no refund so far despite several follow-ups and reminders.
On top of it, in their website they have updated that the order is already fulfilled, how could they mention incorrect information, and when i asked them about it, they said, as they have dispatched the order from their end, hence for them its fulfilled. Now they are not responding to my emails.
