Hy i booked an parcel on 18th sept 2022 and it got RTO on Oct 26 2022 after complaning to nimbuspost, i received a fake parcel after 3 months on 22nd dec 2022, I again complaint to them shared opening video 2 times photo of parcel with awb no. on it but the parcel condition is not good at all so, the label ink is slightly light now they are saying they cant investigate because awb no. picture is not clear.
but what i do now?? if i got a light print label on parcel?? i shared the video and picture if they will take a look on that photo they will come to know the awb no is SF[protected]NIM
