My shipment is pickup at 17 September 2021, for SILIGURI, WEST BENGAL but destination detail is incorrect by mistake after i provide new address detail and package detail change at 04 oct 2021 by delhivery courier company, after reached at exact destination company show status Returned as per Security Instructions if company have any issue about security of pacel once call to seller or customer of security reason, but they they directly return my shipment without call to coustomer and without any attempt and deduct return amount from my wallet, Very bad support from the executive and Team leader Faizan Ahmad, For the last two days I tried to call on helpline number no one can connect me to Faizan Ahmed, My shipment is marked RTO without permission or without Attempt, My package detail is changed by Delhivery courier company, when the shipment is reached at destination automatically status shows Shipment Returned as per Security Instructions without any attempt or without a call to the customer and deduct RTO amount from the wallet, I request to nimbus post executive for hold the shipment at hub customer will collect from a hub they can't understand and Return my shipment, Nimbus post executive don't know about Security Instructions,
The executive told me that shipment is left from the destination on 18 oct 2021 but on 19 Oct 2021 shipment is in destination called Purnia, I request to the executive to hold shipment customer will self collect from Hub but they can help me or cut the call I called 5-10 time in 2 days but they can help me cut call again and again.
one more issue about weight reconciliation how could 5 kg shipment convert into 17 Kg, my 40% shipment is Weight Reconciliation and 100% dispute raised closed in Courier Favor, very bad service, very bad support, very disappointed, Was this information helpful? |
