Nirbani is company that has made it a profession to cheat it's CUSTOMERs. My sis had placed an order in oct2022 for my bdy suit and i am STILL CHASING THEM. They are refusing to cancel the order and do a refund.
The worst part about this situation is that the employees have been in professionally trained to lie and lie and then speak obnoxiously to the CUSTOMER. They lie about EVERYTHING and make the CUSTOMER feel like an ###.
I have also written to Karishma Singhania the owner who does no to CARE two hoots about her reputation. THE BEST part is the CUSTOMER CARE telling me, WE ARE NOT SCARED /YOU ARE TWO FACED( this is after taking & keeping my money for 95 days!!! & Not delivering the product)
I have all the transactions including WhatsApp chats and emails as proof of everything. Going to do everything in my capacity to make these people repent their theiving ways. SHAMELESS SET OF PEOPLE!!! Was this information helpful? |
