We supplied 5 desktop against order got through gem portal, so on 09/04/2022 delivered.
CRAC generated on 28/04/2022.
it's been around 2 months they had not released payment yet.
so i generated incident on gem(incident no.[protected] but no response i got from there just simply got an message which is auto generated stating "
It has been reported to GeM (Incident Number 1205177) that the payment for order #GEMC-[protected] has been delayed post CRAC generation, even after reminders from GeM. As per the GeM Incident Management Policy, this alleged action is treated as serious deviation. You are required to provide your reply/comments within 5 (five) calendar days, failing which the status of your Buyer account is being reflected as “NOTIFIED”. Kindly Note that upon receipt of this Notice you are required to acknowledge the same, failing which you will not be allowed to do any other activity on GeM.", this is on 10/06/2022.
