Nirmal Konchada — illegitimate deduction at devenahalli toll plaza

Hello sir,
I used the devenahalli toll plaza on 10 feb to goto to airport and then back. I purchased a 2 way toll ticket and during my return i entered the non fasttag lane and i showed my 2-way ticket to the counter and he allowed me to pass the check. When i returned home i realized that they have deducted the money from my fastag as well and this is wrong. I tried to contact the toll incharge mr. Shivakumar on his mobile number +91-[protected] as written on the back of toll ticket but he is not attending my call.

Please look into this matter and return me my money.
