We have dispatched a total of 5 items to the PURNEA site via VRL Logistics. Out of these, 3 items have been received, but 2 items are still pending. We have communicated with the representatives of both the source and destination VRL persons, and they have not provided satisfactory responses. We kindly request you to please verify the status of the remaining items and update us (urgent) .
We have tried our Customer care representatives, but they are providing an invalid number only.
