Nithyanandan — Bus cannot run proper time

Sir i am nithyanandan from coimbatore NGGO COLONY my resident is near state bank colony i am stay more then 40 years more then 5000 people is their the bus facility is very poor totaly 3 buses 38a operate in this route first bus timing moring 5.15 am last bus 10.00 pm AIR bus shift change 12.30 pm ukkadam after that next timing nggo colony 1.20 pm arrival but more then one year bus not run this time after 3 pm only came after 12.30 pm no bus in this route only after 3pm only came and another express bus 38a tn38 N 1382 in this bus no permanent driver if driver avialble bus run other wise any one route this bus will be run i am already give complied CM cel TNSTC coimbatore reply the bus will be be run all the trip only eye was yester day i am cal ukkadam branch AE Mr ganesh talk some reason heavy traffic so bus not run proper time this not problem all the bus run proper time exempt 38a today also same problem bus not came after 12.30 pm only bus came 3.15 pm only AIR BUS and Express came one by one both bus new driver and another bus came spare bus in this bus run coimbatore to dindugul run bus came 4 pm after 3 hr no bus came kindly take action i am ask branch manager no but no body given
