[Resolved]  Nitin Kansal — Unnecessary levy of late fee on request for waiver of the same

Dear Sir/Madame, We are an acknowledged customer of reliance telecom with mobile no.[protected] (Relationship No.[protected] Our Bill for the month of June was paid with bit delay over which late fee was being charged for Rs.100 in july bill. We requested for the waiver of late fees and deposited the bill amount in due time on 17/07/15 for Rs.420 against amount payable of Rs.521. As asked the late fees was not deposited and rest amount was paid. But, again in m/o august our bill is bearing late fees of Rs.100. This process of charging late fees over and over is a faulty process. We request you to kindly look into the matter and provide us with the waiver of late fees for the same, because this is not building good image of such esteemed and reputed network.
