Niveditha — monthly scheme fraud

I am utterly disappointed with the staff behaviour in bhimavaram. People keep bothering you until you start your monthly scheme and once the scheme ends here comes the actual point. Once we start going to claim the items for we have paid they start acting smart to fool the customers that we can get only one item for the amount which we have paid. 1, 50, 000 is not a small amount? We have the right to take whatever we wish for and you guys are acting really weird. I just want to get this right otherwise i will go straight away, to police, to file a complaint against this store. Once and for all this has to be done.
