Niyasha.com — I'm complaining about my payment has been successful.but product related message has not been received and not delivered.

In 3rd february 2022, I have ordered an all in one vegetable cutter for rupees 200, and then i have done my payment through paytm and by third party razor pay.com..my account had been debited with by 200rs but there is confirmation msg received from site nor through sms.It is 7 months to be completed but i have not received this product till now...

So kindly take my complaint and return my money and give them punishment .
