I took a house for rent in navi mumbai last year . I gave commision last year to the broker. But this year again the broker asks me her commission during the renewal . eg 1 mont full rent . how is it possible to give every year . Please help me and others who are facing these same problem. The owner is not giving any single money to the broker. Then why Ishould give?
