I went to a medicine shop at Shonepur, Karbala School Road, PS- Kashipur, Dist – 24 pgs (S), Kol- 135, West Bengal to purchase medicine for my father. But there was no refrigerator and given me Insulin (Human mixtard 30/70) and shop has no name and premises area also too small (6ft*8ft approx) and has no cash memo.
After asking cash memo, he make a bill on a pad that was also from other (welkin diagnostic centre) and according to this, his name is Mr. Hasanur and his contact no [protected].
