No Name — fraudulent call sbi bank transaction 25000/- on 18/12/2017

Hi team,
My name is vamsi krishna grandhi. I have an sbi bank account at patamata vijayawada location. I got a fraud call from this number i. E [protected] on yesterday (18/12/2017).

Few minutes after, i got the message your account debited rs 25000/- in 3 transactions (Rs. 9995, rs.9993 and rs 5000) morning at 11 am.

Immediately i shared this information with my sbi branch manager. He said that we don't do anything about this transaction first you will give police complaint.

After i went to the cyber crime police station raise the complaint about this. My complaint number is

This hacking is done in airtel payments bank (Transaction id's:[protected],[protected] and pay u money[protected].

Finally, sbi branch manager and cyber police said that we cannot do anything.in future, your money will not come 99.99%.

That's why i am mailing to you on this issue. I need your help. Please help me with this issue.

I don't know about this process.
