I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my return request for two t-shirts from order N1062204 placed with Nobero. Despite returning both items as per the instructions provided, I have only received a refund for one of the t-shirts.
On [29/04/24], I initiated the return process for the two t-shirts from my order upon checking my account, I noticed that the refund processed only covers one of the returned t-shirts.
I would like to request an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution to ensure that I receive the refund for the second t-shirt as well. As a consumer, I have the right to expect fair and transparent transactions, including a full refund for all returned items in accordance with your return policy.
I have previously emailed the admin regarding this issue but have not received a response. Please resolve promptly.
if Nobero gives back my refund I would drop this complaint from this page.
