Noble Bright Solutions — Did not get money

I’m an student and I’m just Graduated in November I’m searching for a job on Quickr and suddenly I got a data entry job advertisement on quickr the job is very simple and the pay scale of the job for 7 working days is Rs.14000 and the company name is Noble Bright Solution, Gujrat and its work from home job and I applied for the job on 10 November 2020 and on the same very day I got a mail from them of legal agreement with my name and terms and conditions are on them and accepted the job and they ask for ID proof and I send them my Voter id and photo after that they assigned me job of data entry and I have to complete that in 7 days and I completed the job in the given time and after that I call them and sent mail that I completed the assigned work in a time but still can’t get any response from them my calls also not get responded so, I give up on that company and never call them back and sent any mail and after few days on 25th November 2020 suddenly I got a mail from them regarding legal intimation of breaching the agreement and I suddenly get shock and frightened after the mail the mail contains that I haven’t completed my work and one of our client complained on the company so you have to pay penalty of Rs.72105 to us in a limited time either the matter will go to the case and all its from an fake Adv. Priya sharma after reading that mail I talk to my parents and my friends also regarding this fake job and that mail they suggest me to ignore its fake mail and job so, I ignore the mail and on the very next i got another mail from them regarding court notice from advocate Minhaz from Kalpataru colony, vidhuti hall lane, Vapi, Gujrat so I get frightened again and I asked my friends they said its fake and ignore it and again I do that and after few days on 12december In after noon I got a call from that fake company by the name Adv. Karan Saxena and I received the call and talk to them he said I have to pay the penalty and all either the matter goes to the court and I said I don’t pay the penalty do whatever you want and he’s yelling at me and after that I become to angry also I also yelling on phone and also he’s using vulgar and abusive language on phone the conversation was going on for continously 5 minutes and after that I talk to my friends and I also search his no. On True caller its fake name and living with fake id and fake address in Gujrat and i contacted with my Gujrat friends regarding this address and people. They said that there is no such address is there in Gujrat and also the man behind all this fraud is living with fake name and i can’t trace him and I can’t find any clues regarding him and yesterday on 13 December in afternoon at 2.00Pm he called me once again at that time I received the call and place the phone on the bed and moved to the other room and today I think he calls me again and he call me in between 3pm to 6pm onwards and I have all the mails and call records against him.
