Noborkers — Refund

I was approached by a telecaller to buy Relaxed Seller plan to sell my property in Chennai, instead I was interested in going for a refund plan.
The telecaller was so confident that the relaxed seller plan would do and it will not take more than a month to sell the property as it is located in a prime location and also advised me to quote higher price than the usual market value.
Based on the confidence he gave, i have procured the relaxed plan and from then then no brokers team were being relaxed after getting my money and I was under stress as they RM assigned to me has not brought a single buyer for a discussion during the 3 months time.
When I asked for refund of money as they have not identified even a single buyer and claiming that there is no refund as it was informed during the time of purchase and there is no refund at the same time they also forget that confidence they gave in property will get sold.
After 3 months time, i received a call from another telecaller asking me to renew the plan which got expired.
Not sure what system Noborker is having to fullfill the customer needs but fullfilling only their money needs.
Why no broker is now undercover and not showing up with the customer when they are not meeting the needs for which they have collected money from the customer?
