Despite numerous attempts to follow up, I have received an update regarding the discrepancy in the rental agreement deposit amount, resulting in the rejection of my refund request.
I wish to highlight that from the outset, I have faced challenges with the Nobroker service, which has not met my expectations. I paid ₹9, 000, a significant amount, due to your sales team's unnecessary pressure to meet targets, resulting in customer dissatisfaction and sales team making a customer buy a different plan instead of money back.
Since the beginning, I have requested a refund due to the poor service quality and my failing my expectation . For the past three weeks, I have been trying to contact the Relationship Manager (RM) multiple times, but my calls are unanswered, and it appears my number has been blocked.
Nobroker should have conducted basic due diligence for the high deposit and rent requirements of my locality to assist in finding a suitable tenant, but unfortunately, no support was provided. It now seems you are safeguarding your interests at the expense of my money, citing their terms and conditions.
I request a refund of INR 9000 so I can pay the local broker who deserves compensation for successfully finding a suitable tenant. I trust that your senior management will address this issue promptly and facilitate the refund. Was this information helpful? |
