Noida Authority Online — Challan in Noida Sector 18

I was given a challan wrongly in sector 18 noida. While I was already in the car. They gave me 2 bill for one car. Photo has been attached. While on one bill my car number also did not match.
The person threatened m and harrassed me to get my car towed and i won’t be able to go anything about this. The details of the person has been attached below. Even after paying the challan. He did not open the lock. I had to call someone to get that open.
