We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing encroachment on our cherished green area in between Maxbliss White House and Panchsheel Pratishtha which is against approved map. It has come to my attention that some individuals are attempting to occupy this green space with the intention of building a volleyball court. I believe it is imperative that we take immediate action to prevent this encroachment and protect our green area for the benefit of the entire community. In night, they ran JCB machine and destroyed plants (photo attached). We spent huge amount in Noida flat after seeing green area to live peacefully with our elder parents and cannot see someone illegally destroying it and changing the approved map.
This green area is recently developed and fenced by PEEPAL BABA foundation and land is planted. Plants also removed from this area. The proposed construction of a volleyball court would not only disrupt the natural serenity and peace of nearby society but also attract out non-social elements in this area.
We Kindly request that the authority take swift and decisive action to halt any unauthorized construction on the green area. It is crucial that we enforce the zoning regulations and land use policies that safeguard our public spaces.
