Noida Authority Online — Property documents not received

I have not received my property documents till now, though I have made a payment of more than 7 lakhs.
I have contacted through email but in vain. Spoke to the representative ( An kush Sharma) but in vain.
Please resolve the matter or please return my money. I don't want such unprofessional investments.
Also the representative asked for money, when I declined, he stopped answering my queries. I have screenshots of the same, which I can share if asked.
