Dear sir,
My name a a. K. Tiwary. I am a retired govt official from up state electricity board.
At present i am residing in sector-34 and my house no. Is a-48, block - a, sector-34. My mobile no. Is [protected] and land line no. Is 4108267.
Two of street lights are not working since last two months. I made a number of complainy with the complaint cell of tata projects comp. Who are now authorised by noida authority to maintain the street lights.
I am sorry to say that they are unable to rectify the defects and the street lights are still not working.
The competance of their staff is questionable.
In their record they show that the complaint has been resolved but either they just do not attend the complaint or even if they come they are not able to rectify the defects. What is the use of selecting such agencies. Noida authority was doing this job in a much better way and efficiently.
Kindly look into the matter.
