Noida Authority Online — Without proper machines and equipment road construction

Here in noida Sector-71, 5% plot area road construction started today but they are not making properly. They have not applied coal tar properly, Not put material in sufficient quantities, neither have small road roller or other equipment to make road stick to the ground. In front of my house they just put the material and gone. They have not crushed it with road roller or other equipments. Neither used coal tar in sufficient quantities.
