I am, Mr. Dilsher, writing to inform you that I have received a challan for my bike number DL- 3S-EH -9079, which is incorrect.
The actual bike number is DL-3S-EW-9079, and there is only a single alphabet difference between the two bike numbers. I believe this is a mistake on the part of the transport authority, and I request you to kindly remove the challan from my bike number.
I have attached a copy of the challan and the registration certificate of my bike for vour reference.
Please verify the details and rectify the error as soon as possible. I hope you will understand my situation and grant me relief from this unjust penalty.
