Refund of fees

Dear sir, I am taking a admission in IMS NOIDA and my admission is successfull then after 4 month I am asking about when the new session class will started, then mam say you are not eligible for the college because your 12th is open board, or no any email or call or any information about my admission cancel or

Non-Refund of Fees

I paid the advance fee on 4th October, as the person i spoke to made false scenerio stating that classes have already started etc… so under this impression and pressure i paid the advance fee of Rs. 11, 800. However, one month into paying the fee, the classes did not even start.
And due to other personal reasons too, i spoke to them that i need to withdraw the admissions and want a refund. This was in November 2020. Its been 11...
