I have taken my connection from npcl in aug-2015 for 31.93 sqm flat. It is 2kva connection. Usually i was getting my bill between 300-500. For feb'19 we received 2100+ and when complaint, they sent another bill for mar-19 for 9000+.
I queried the matter, they said your bill is correct. It might be because they have not read my meter reading.
Usually i am switching off all my mcvs when i am not living in this. And so i got usual bill of 250-300. Now they are saying it is old units. They are not listening any of my matter.
How many years they can claim for old units. It seems the meter is jumping less and more. Sometimes it is less than the current bill reading, sometimes too high. I requested for meter testing, they are saying it is already tested and given the letter.
They just checked the meter reading and gone back with very high bill.
