With full faith in your services. On 1st October i ordered an Noise ColorFit Qube Smart watch. Order ID - OD[protected]. Which was expected to be delivered by 4th of October and payment is also done. But when i checked the status on 4th of October it was showing "not shipped yet". I called and customer care they promised me to deliver it by 9th of October. Asked me to wait for 5 more days. I wanted to gift this watch to my friend on her birthday which was on 8th of October. But still i was ready to co-operate and instead of cancellation I waited for 5 more days. On 9th of October i was waiting for watch to be delivered but unfortunately again it was showing "not shipped yet". I again contact with customer support and they again requested me to wait for two more days and again said they will deliver it by 11th of October for sure. Again I was ready to co-operate and waited for two more days. instead of cancellation i chose to wait. But unfortunately today is 11th of October and it is still showing "not shipped yet". And today when i contact with customer support they advised me to cancel your order or wait till 16th of October. But this time i am not in state to co-operate. I do not want to cancel my order because I already waited for 11 days and now i don't want to cancel it. If you are not able to deliver items then please don't accept orders. I called customer care multiple times but i didn't get any solution. I just want to know for how many days should I wait. Don't suffer you customers like this. I have already wasted lots of time for this. I want solution as soon as possible or you can tell me clearly that you can't deliver this please, order it from another site. I have been your customer from so long but this time i am feeling like i will never use this site again in my life. This was the worst experience. And still not getting any solution.

Updated by Ektakumari@ It's 16th October and order status is still "not shipped" and flipkart is again asking me to wait for five more days. Fed up with this type of service from Flipkart. Worst worst experience ever.

Updated by Ektakumari@ No action taken against flipkart it's been 21 days and my watch is not shipped yet. I have done payment already. I called them multiple times but they are just extending date instead of giving any solution. Where can i get help. Please help 🥺. Order was expected to be delivered by 4th of October and it's 21st October. Please

Updated by Ektakumari@ I can't believe flipkart can suffer their customers at this level. I tried everywhere but didn't get any solution
