Nokia care 87,civil lines ,ayub khan send my phone3110CL(IMEI [protected]) job sheet no.2180 on 21-07-10 to company for repairing,then nokia send me a new nokia 2600 classic(IMEI [protected])on 20-810. .BUT Nokia care give me old nokia3110cl & says company send this phone & dont provide the letter of change IMEI PHONE NO.I THINK he give me theft mobail phone so i am not takeing that phone..pls help me to...

what to complaint when there is given service no for nokia care but they directly says nokia can not find and trace lost mobile just give complaint in police station.. where complaint is given then police says u have to wait till nokia will give us result but we dont know when they'll do? I bought a Nokia E71 Phone on 16th August 2010 from The Mobile Store, Madhapur, Hyderabad. After using 2 days i have a weired problem with menu key. When i went to 'The mobile store' the response was you can go to Nokia care and service it. I bought a new phone and do you expect me to service it after just 2 days o[censored]sage.
