Dear Sir,

With due respect i have recently experienced an unfavorable incident which is happened to me as on 19th of March 2021.

On that day I was in need of hard cash and I visited one of the Indian Bank's ATM counter in Digboi. I used my ATM cum debit card ending with *7113 to withdraw some cash worth Rs.10, 000.00, however the cash was not dispensed from ATM machine but my account got debited for the afore said amount. Therefore, I request you to credit back my account for Rs.10, 000.00 to settle the outstanding.

I shall be grateful, if you kindly take an initiate to do the needful.
