non received of INB payment receipt — Not showing payment cesc bill

Sir, i was transfer INB (SBI) CESC payments rs 1150 f through bill desk getway.for payment of electricity bill no[protected] and customer ID no [protected]. But the payment not shown in recent payment. also not received any payment received from your end. where as the money already deducted from my savings account but not credited in CESC .
