I would like to bring to your kind notice that, My water consumer id type Domestic and Number is E[protected] and Bill Number is E-345962/PG6-850, This month as on 17th August 2015 i received a water bill where in it is mentioned water consumption is 100000 (One Lakh liters) Meter Reading was showing current reading 1045000 and previous reading showing 945000, if you pull out the bill for the past five years you will never ever see so much of water is consumed. The first problem is: 1. we get water 2 days in a week, which is very very bad service. 2. so total we get water 8 days in a Month. 3. how it is possible to consume so much of water in a month which i failed to understand. I went to BWSSB Office Sub division name C-3 there is an officer sitting his name is Subash, he is so irresponsible, careless and negligent, i bought this information to his notice and i informed him about how the bill was generated, his person gave bill yesterday as on 17/08/2015 and the bill was showing 100000 (One lakh Liters consumption) i showed him the last bills also, His irresponsible and careless answer was this is how it works. before going to his office i took a photo of Meter reading and it is showing 1190000 which is Elevan Lakh Ninety as per Mr subash, i asked him how come the meter jumps from 1045000 to 1190000, from yesterday to today how come the meter jumped to so much reading, Obviously it shows there is a problem in Meter, even a small child can able to understand this. Instead of taking a corrective action and checking what went wrong where went wrong, he is asking his person to Raise bill about by taking into account the current meter reading which jumped all of the sudden to 1190000 from 100000 within one day, Mr Subash and Engineer in C--3 Sub division asking me who are you to question me about this, don't he understand what he is? and what his responsibilities are?, don't he know that he is a public servant, don't he know that we are the citizen of this country and we are the consumers, are we paying tax to government to get this kind of pathetic service service. He is not fit to serve the people and Government. My request is please pull out the bills from past one year and check what is the avarage consumption. Take neccessary action again the officer sitting in C-3 Devision. Please make a correct bill, if the issue is found in Meter please replace the meter. We got the meter replaced just around 11 months ago by paying some Rs 2000 Plus and still we are getting Rs 150 Meter charges in out bill every month. what corruption is happening in BWSSB we don't know, please take a corrective action and do the needful and remain me obliged.
