My CA Number is[protected]. However on the nbpdcl website the it is showing as Invalid CA Number. I have paying through Online Payment App PhonePay with the same Consumer Number.
Kindly resolve the error as I am unable to register myself on the portal and lodge any complaints or get more details.

I am resindence of Noornagar Kanhi.I have applied for new Connection in December 2016 from Jalalpur Block. Since then our Connection is activated but we never received any bill on my residential address neither any meter has been installed at my home. Also, we were not provided with consumer ID at the time of documentation. We are settled in Pune and visit bihar only during Vacation so there is hardly any electricity consumption from my Connection.Today, I went to Jalalpur block to enquire about my bill and issue with bill generation for my residence. They checked and told me that there amount of arround Rs.15, 000 is due on my Connection. I am attaching the documents for your reference and same has been forwarded to JE & SDO for action but I haven't received any positive response from their end.
I am ready to pay the bill but I think you need to look into it since there is no fault from our side. If we would have received the physical bill or the consumer number we would have paid it.
I urge you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
**Please note that the Connection is on name of my father Pramod Kumar Singh (Serving In Armed Forces and Currently posted in J&K)

I didn't get your point.
Please clarify one thing, why you had went to block for the clarification of bill instead going to bijli office.
Because jee seats only in gov authorised bijli office. Give me reply whome you contact with?
